Fun for the whole family!
Where- Take South Diamondhead until it ends at the gate, after the gate, take the left towards the River-
Check In- If you have your own Newport Key then you can come anytime. If not we will have the gate open on
Friday from 6:00-7:00 pm and then again on Saturday Morning from 8:30 am – 9:00 am. If there is a problem,
contact Melissa cell phone 832 or Alex Pena 281 806 0941. However the cell service isn’t always available
down there.
What To Bring- Bring all your own equipment, food and drinks. Bring a hammer for the crafts and if you are
assigned something from your den leader. If it’s warm enough, you can swim during family time, there isn’t a
lifeguard on duty and it’s the river, so this is at your own risk. There are some picnic tables and grills, but not a lot,
so bring what you can. The Pack will provide some snacks for the campfire program.
Please let us know if you are planning on attending-
